All Sports Conditioning, Speed & Agilities Skills No matter the sport(s), male or female, our condition & agility sessions are designed for student-athletes that want assistants in developing a proper habit of agilities while conditioning for their upcoming play season. To make training fun, team-mates and friends training together is highly encouraged! These sessions give not only a solid start on pre-season training, but also continuous training throughout the season for athletes. We make sure we address strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination,& balance during these sessions.
INDIVIDUAL/PRIVATE SESSIONS Private sessions are always available. Small groups of 1-3 athletes a session. Team-mates & friends can train together.
GROUP SESSIONS In order to train effectively, our training sessions are in small groups. Spaces are limited to groups of 4-8 athletes a session. Groups are coordinated with the age of the athlete in mind.
TRAINING LOCATION The locations will be determined based on where the athlete lives. One of the goals of Youth Elite Training is to make sure we meet the needs of the student-athlete. Locations will vary based on group/individual. Register Today.
TRAINING OPTION For younger athletes that have not worked with a personal trainer before, I have my introduction training session and assessment. For athletes that are ready to commit to hard work and results, training packets are designed to maximize the time and efforts of the athlete.
TRAINING SESSIONS Youth Elite Training has put together a unique training model for young athletes. It is our desire to provide all athletes of all sports from ages 8 -18, an opportunity to better themselves in their sport, with the coaching and training needed to take them to the next level. Depending on the level of the athlete, the training assessments may vary.
THE PLANS Introductory Work-out Training Session This 45 minutes work-out session is to assess younger athletes to see what areas our personal trainers can help improve. We will assess basic functional movements as well as motor skills and give recommendations for athletes. This session will help parents to see how Youth Elite Training can help in laying a solid foundation for their young student-athlete.
New Sport Basics(NSB) Our NSB Plans help train younger individuals that has never participated in sports or student-athletes that want to try a new sport for the first time. We will work to help build confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to be successful in the new found sport. NSB also is a great way to keep a young athlete's skills fresh in the off season. Training Plans(TP) Our Training Plans are designed to meet the needs of the Student-Athlete.
Cross Training(CT) CT Plans are where we combine an Athlete's training to meet the needs he/she has in multiple sports.
What's in the plans? Plans may vary in areas of service. Find the plan that fits your needs. Contact Coach Steven if you need help. The Agility Testing is done at the beginning and end of training cycle to record the progress. Personal Profiles and Results are recorded for the athlete's personal records. Verified Results are for posting. Athletes that are looking to post verified results to colleges will have personal training to increase their results. Training Assessments(TA) are a vital tool we use to evaluate the athlete's progress in various areas. Bio-Mechanical Movement Assessments(BMMA) is where we assess the athlete in their sport. Field Test Work(FTW) is where we refine the athlete's skills in their sport.
MAKE-UP SESSION & REFUND POLICY Make-Up Sessions are allowed for late and missed sessions. The preparation and warm up drills at the beginning of each sessions are very important to the work out session. *If an Student-Athlete is over 15 minutes late to a session they must reschedule the session. Make-Up/Reschedule session fee: $55.00
Refunds/Cancellations Once the registration process and training schedule has been completed, to cancel at this point, the Cancelation Fee is $75.00. *Once the training session has started,no refunds are given.
